We are experienced, highly qualified and accredited Immigration Advisers. We have many years experience of dealing with all aspects of immigration, nationality and asylum law. We are able to represent our clients in the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal and have expertise in representing in high profile appeals as well as Country Guidance cases.   

Services

We provide services to both individuals and to businesses. These include immigration applications and appeals where the applicant is either in the UK or overseas. We are also fully accredited to offer advice on asylum and human rights matters.

If you wish to consult us with a specific set of questions about your immigration matter we can offer tailored advice sessions via Skype, telephone, email, or in person. Advice sessions are offered at a highly competitive rate and can quickly clarify the options and/or merits of your case. 

Employers potentially face fines of up to £20,000 per employee found to be working in breach of the immigration rules. It is essential to ensure that employers carry out all of the required checks (or pass the responsibility to a third party) to establish legal protection. We offer a range of services from Tier 2 Sponsor Licence applications, electronic document and record checking to ensure your business is compliant with the legislation. We also offer site visits for those unable to attend the office.
